Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to anyone who visits lumara.co, uses the free assessment, purchases a digital product, or engages LūMara Atelier for consulting or advisory services. By using this site or purchasing any product or service you agree to these terms.

Who we are

LūMara Atelier is a systems intelligence practice owned and operated by Jacqueline Clinton-Harris, based in Baltimore, Maryland. You can reach us at hello@lumara.co.

Digital products

All digital products sold through the LūMara Toolkit on Etsy are delivered as downloadable files. Due to the nature of digital products all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact us at hello@lumara.co and we will resolve it promptly.

You may use any purchased template for your own organization or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share our templates with others outside your organization. You may not claim our work as your own or use it to create competing products.

The free assessment

The Is Your Nonprofit Built to Last assessment is provided free of charge. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional consulting advice. Your results are personalized based on your answers and are intended to help you understand where your organization stands operationally. They are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

Consulting and advisory services

All consulting and advisory services are governed by a separate agreement scoped and agreed upon before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding consulting agreement until both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, timeline, and terms of the engagement.

Session bookings made through Calendly are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Intellectual property

All content on lumara.co including copy, design, tools, frameworks, and assessments is the intellectual property of LūMara Atelier. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. If you would like to reference or share our work please reach out at hello@lumara.co.

Disclaimer

The information and tools provided by LūMara Atelier are for operational guidance purposes only. We are not lawyers, accountants, or licensed financial advisors. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your organization meets all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Limitation of liability

LūMara Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, tools, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific product or service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
